Hi, I’m Grace, a Legal Virtual Assistant who helps business owners and professionals stay organised, in control, and a lot less overwhelmed.

I know how quickly admin can pile up, whether you’re running a legal practice, managing a growing business, or juggling both work and life behind the scenes. That’s where I come in. I take care of the detail, from inboxes and documents to the day-to-day tasks that quietly eat up your time, so you can focus on what actually matters.

While I specialise as a Legal VA, I don’t just support legal firms. I work with a range of clients who need someone reliable, proactive, and easy to work with. Someone who just “gets it” without needing everything explained twice. With over 10 years’ experience across industries including legal, engineering, and automotive, alongside my Law Degree (LLB), I bring a strong eye for detail, professionalism, and confidentiality to everything I do.

I’ve also been in your shoes. Before launching Grace VA, I ran my own business, so I know first-hand how overwhelming it can feel trying to juggle everything at once. That’s why my approach is always practical, proactive, and tailored to you, not just ticking off tasks, but genuinely making your life easier.

For those who need support beyond the business, I also offer personal admin assistance, helping to bring the same organisation and efficiency to your day-to-day life.

 

Behind the business, I’m a mum of five, so organisation isn’t just a skill, it’s a necessity! It’s also what drives my passion for helping others find more balance, both in work and at home.

Based in Gloucestershire, I work remotely with clients across the UK.
